Vegetable Pizza
Pizza Dough/Sauce
Select one of the pizza dough recipes that we have listed
or purchase your pizza crust from the grocery store.
The pizza sauce can be from one of the recipes that we
have listed or use your favorite brand from the grocery store.
Toppings
4 diced Roma Tomatoes
1 cut Green Pepper
5 chopped Mushrooms (your choice)
1/4 of slice Onion (use a sweet onion for great flavor)
1.5oz of Black or Green Olive
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1oz of Feta Cheese
Prepare your pizza crust to be approximately 12" and spread your sauce.
Pre-Heat your oven to 450 degrees F
When placing toppings/sauce on your pizza, be sure to spread them evenly over
the entire pizza leaving about 1/2" for your crust.
Spread 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
Spread your vegetables over the entire pizza
Spread 1 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
Finally spread your 1oz of Feta Cheese on top of the pizza
Place your pizza in the middle of the oven and bake for approximately
8-12 minutes or until the crust has risen and the cheese has become golden
For crunchy vegetables, you can place all of the shredded Mozzarella cheese
under the vegetables and place only the Feta Cheese on top.
