White Pizza Sauce
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon basil
2 cloves garlic; minced
Saute garlic in butter and olive oil.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
1 batch = 1 pizza
