Brick Oven Buffalo Chicken pizza

Brews Cafe in Granville Ohio makes some tasty Brick Oven Pizzas! This particular one was the Buffalo Chicken pizza. This pizza was came with crispy spiced chicken, roma tomato, red onion, scallions, spicey ranch sauce, house blend and blue cheeses for $10.95. Size wise it was 10" and 6 slice. As you can tell from the picture, most of the toppings I didn't get cause I'm not a veggie eater. At any rate the combination of the house blend cheese and blue cheeses were pretty good, but a bit powerful. The spiced chicken itself did have a little kick to it, but it was tasty and pretty plentiful. The crust was very light and more of a thin crust. The atmosphere of Brews Cafe was very nice, it was a very old building that had been converted. The restaurant had 2 levels, we sat upstairs, and was pretty cool. The center of the second level was cut out so you could look down to the first level. Overall the experience was very nice and we had quick service. If you're ever near Columbus or Granville Ohio, I suggest giving them a try!
